A practical artificial intelligence workshop for entrepreneurs will be held on September 25 at the GORS seminar hall of the Latgale Embassy in Rēzekne. The workshop will be led by Mg.sc.comm. Katrīna Bartkeviča, strategic communication specialist and head of the creative marketing studio SISTERING. The workshop is titled “AI in everyday work: from tool to solution”, and its goal is to help entrepreneurs move from individual questions in a chat window to built work processes.
Who runs the artificial intelligence workshop?
The workshop is led by Katrīna Bartkeviča, Mg.sc.comm., strategic communication specialist and founder of SISTERING. She received her master's degree in strategic communication management from Turība Business School and has been working in the field of marketing since 2018.
On a daily basis, Katrīna Bartkeviča leads the SISTERING team, where artificial intelligence is used in client project work: in reporting, proposal development, data collection, content creation, accounting, and internal processes. The workshop content is based on practice and theory learned from leading industry professionals.
Who is the artificial intelligence workshop for?
The workshop is intended for business and project managers, administration, accounting, marketing, sales and other office function specialists who already use artificial intelligence in their daily lives but want to use it systematically. No prior knowledge of programming is required.
Workshop program
13.00 to 14.30. How the system is built Tools, capabilities, settings and extensions. How to provide artificial intelligence with access to company documents, files and data. Specific work examples from various functions: reports, offers, questionnaires, customer communication, meeting notes. The boundaries of data security and error checking.
14.30 to 15.00. Snack break and exchange of experiences
15.00 to 16.30. Practical part Each participant works on their own task, receiving individual support. The task is indicated by the participant in the application form, and the practical part is prepared based on these answers.
What participants get
At the end of the workshop, each participant will have created one solution for their work. Additionally, participants will learn:
- how to build an artificial intelligence environment that provides access to information about the company
- how to connect AI to your files, documents and systems
- how to code a process once so that the result is repeatable even if it is used by another employee
- how to work with real files, where the input is Excel or PDF, and the output is a finished document
- how to create your own tool without programming
- how to determine what data is allowed to enter the AI tool and how to check the result
